This is an opportunity to represent a distinctive brand and shape the commercial success of some of Malaysia's most iconic hospitality destinations.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for accelerating revenue performance across designated market segments while strengthening long-term client partnerships and brand visibility.

Key Focus Areas

  • Drive corporate, travel agent, group and MICE business across assigned properties.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong pipelines.
  • Conduct strategic sales calls, presentations, and client engagements.
  • Monitor competitor intelligence and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, roadshows, and key industry platforms.

Senior roles will additionally:

  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
  • Align commercial strategy with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to optimise results.

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Hospitality.
  • Proven hotel sales experience (seniority level commensurate with role applied).
  • Strong network within Klang Valley is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue achievement.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive and commercially astute.
  • Leadership capability required for senior appointments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (e.g., Opera Sales & Marketing).
