Meet the Team

As a member of the Dexcom Malaysia Senior Management Team, the Director of Supply Chain leads the strategic and operational execution of supply chain functions including planning, warehousing, logistics, shipping & receiving, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role interfaces cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across geographies.

Where You Come In

You will develop and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned with global and commercial leadership.
You will lead site supply chain operations including warehousing, sterilization planning, logistics, and import/export.
You will drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate with global teams to ensure forecast accuracy and robust supply plans.
You will manage third-party logistics, distribution providers, and sterilizers, ensuring performance and contract compliance.
You will establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, escalation protocols, and review cadences to drive transparency and accountability.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO13485) across all supply chain activities and partners.
You will collaborate on IT/OT systems to support global efficiency and process consistency.
You will foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement.

What Makes You Successful

10+ years in supply chain roles within regulated manufacturing environments; 7+ years in leadership.
Expertise in forecasting, planning, inventory management (S&OP), and manufacturing scheduling.
Experience managing 3PLs, logistics providers, and contract performance.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP, DRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
Demonstrated success in leading transformational change and influencing across matrix organizations.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
