Management of DR Command Center- Experience in managing the DR Command Center during exercises to ensure smooth operations.
Disaster Recovery Procedures Review & Improvement- Ability to review and improve disaster recovery procedures and systems to meet RTO and RPO.
Recovery System Readiness & Capacity Review
Stakeholder Management & Communication - Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communication frameworks for service management.
Post-Mortem & Reporting- Experience in conducting post-mortem analysis, preparing test reports, and presenting findings.
Risk Management - Ability to identify, mitigate, and manage project and operational risks
Experience in project management, following PMO processes, and managing procurement processes.
