1. Service Context
The mission is performed within a global technology environment focused on Operational Resilience and IT Service Continuity Management.
The service contributes to maintaining a consistent Operational Resilience framework enabling identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, reporting, and management of major risks, particularly in the context of critical IT services and infrastructures.
A strong emphasis is placed on Disaster Recovery readiness in distributed environments, including scenarios involving physical loss of datacenters, within an international and regulated context.
2. Service Scope (not limited to)
- Contribution to the Operational Resilience framework to support risk identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring activities
- Contribution to the implementation and strengthening of Operational Resilience strategies across IT environments
- Support to the Global Technology Resilience ecosystem for the development, revision, and execution of IT Service Continuity Plans and associated solutions
- Maintenance in operational conditions of Disaster Recovery Plans to ensure readiness for activation in crisis situations
- Active contribution to group initiatives and strategic programs related to Operational Resilience
- Follow-up of the responsiveness of critical IT systems in disaster scenarios through consolidation of information related to solutions, implementation status, testing, planning, maturity levels, and ownership
- Contribution to the follow-up of remediation actions identified through transversal controls, ensuring resolution within the relevant scope
- Interface contribution with multiple entities benefiting from Global Technology Resilience services in relation to IT Service Continuity topics
3. Service Deliverables (not limited to)
- Updated and consolidated IT Service Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery documentation
- Monitoring reports on resilience maturity, remediation actions, and testing activities
- Consolidation of Disaster Recovery readiness indicators across distributed environments
- Contribution materials for Operational Resilience initiatives and strategic programs
- Documentation and tracking of crisis readiness and response capabilities
- Outputs supporting Business Impact Analysis and risk evaluation processes
4. Required Expertise
MUSTS:
- Strong expertise in Disaster Recovery activities
- Demonstrated exposure to physical loss of datacenter scenarios
- Experience within distributed IT environments
- Solid IT background
- More than 3 years of expertise specifically on Disaster Recovery activities
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
