SERVICE TITLE : Operational Resilience Officer

REPORT TO: Responsiveness & Recovery Manager

Context:

The Global Technology Resilience team aims to guarantee the Continuity of critical services by verifying the existence and operability of recovery solutions both with our partners and internally, so that they can be activated at any time and allow users to continue their activities according to the conditions defined in particular following a disaster. This includes the Crisis Management process and its maintenance under such conditions.

Missions:

• Coordinate of DR Tests including preparation, execution and report
• Collect of evidence
• Coordination of remediation actions
• Control and execute ITSCM process respecting the Group Operational Resilience requirements
• Manage relationship with entities located in Asia

• Disaster Recovery Planning/roadmap
• Disaster Recovery Plans
• Disaster Recovery Exercises
• Disaster Recovery Reports

Requirements:

• IT Service Continuity Management

PROFILE / Qualifications

• 3 years expertise in IT Service Continuity Management and Coordination of tests
• IT Systems
