A licensed stockbroking and investment banking company in Malaysia Industry: Brokerage Location: KL Headcount: 1 headcount Tenure: 1-year renewable contract Remuneration: Monthly salary, EPF, Socso, Medical, Insurance, Annual leave & more Perform daily dispatch activities, including hand delivery of contract notes and ensuring all documents are sent out within stipulated timelines. Record all outgoing documents in the dispatch logbook accurately. Collect and deliver office documents, contract notes, postal mail, and parcels to designated locations in accordance with schedules and instructions provided. Maintain accurate records of document and item deliveries to specified destinations. Identify and address operational challenges such as traffic delays or unforeseen issues and take appropriate action to ensure timely delivery where possible. Plan delivery routes efficiently, with good knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions. Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and availability to respond to urgent or unexpected dispatch requests when required. Provide driving support as required, including acting as a relief driver when necessary. |
