We request that a technician be dispatched to the site to conduct the necessary checks. Kindly ensure that the assigned technician possesses proficiency in both the local language and English:

1. Number of devices and user at this site

2. if Node is working fine and provide his feedback after checking.

Please confirm the individual counts of the following asset categories at this site:

• Data Circuit
• Display
• External Storage
• Desktop
• Laptop
• Network Device
• Printer
• Router
• SIM Card
• Switch
• Wireless Network Device

Kindly share the numbers for each category.

Please check the Node is working fine.

If not, then - Please check this is caused by any maintenance, power failure, or hardware failure in the site.

Please do the following: Check the power status of the router and modem. Please check the cables connecting the modem and router. Check the lights on the modem/NTU.
