General Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
- Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.
