You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Divisional Trainer - Food & Beverage will work closely with the Food & Beverage Division leadership team to identify training needs, create comprehensive training plans, and ensure consistent implementation across all relevant areas, including dining outlets, bar, event service, and room service.

- Work experience in a training role within the hospitality industry, preferable in the Food & Beverage Division.
- Strong understanding of dining outlets, bar, banquet, and room service operations in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs and workshops.
- Good communications, organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and engage employees are essential.
