We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Engineer to join our security team. The DLP Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing Data Loss Prevention solution for customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Data Loss Prevention solutions (endpoint, network, cloud, and email DLP).
- Develop and implement DLP policies, rules, and workflows to protect customer sensitive information.
- Handle DLP alerts and incidents, analyze root causes, and drive timely remediation.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to data security controls.
- Develop and deliver training for customer on data handling and protection.
- Support Sales team in technical presentation, solution demo and proof of concept to customer.
Desired Competency & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years and above of experience deploying and supporting a Data Loss Protection (DLP) or related security application.
- Familiarity with business processes in Financial Services Industry and regulatory standards would be added advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Experience with DLP tools like Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP or Forcepoint DLP, and a good understanding of data security best practices is preferrable.
