As we embark on this thrilling journey, we are seeking a team of Document Analyst with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience and strong Word skills, along with basic SQL knowledge, to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Document Analyst at McCalla Integrative Solutions, you will play a vital role in processing and analyzing various documents to support our integration solutions. Your keen eye for detail, strong Word skills, and basic SQL knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data we handle. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the successful implementation of our cutting-edge integration projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create word document templates and map the relevant database fields from our applications so that documents will merge automatically with required data.
  • Utilize strong Word skills to format, edit, and organize documents for further integration and processing.
  • Work closely with the development and data teams to identify data requirements and formats.
  • Perform basic data queries using SQL to merge the data into documents
  • Potentially write stored procedures to map multiple data elements and use yes no and case logic to select the correct data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand document processing priority and provide valuable insights.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the data to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the improvement and optimization of document analysis team and testing process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially MS Word, with the ability to build templates in Word
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and document processing workflows.
