Summary:
This role supports the Master Data Management (MDM) team by managing and maintaining accurate product data across PLM and ERP systems. The position plays an important part in product launches, manufacturing, and aftermarket operations by ensuring all product information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and maintain item master data and Bill of Materials (BOMs) in systems like Agile PLM and SAP.
- Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders accurately.
- Audit documentation to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines for product updates/releases.
- Support engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams with data and system requests.
- Generate status reports related to product lifecycle, compliance, and costs.
- Improve data management processes and organize technical documents and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in document control or data management.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
- High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills.
