Key Responsibilities:
- SDLC : Active involvement in Software Development Lifecycle, with strong business acumen.
- Technical : Design, develop, implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management application, using .NET technologies.
- Secured coding : Practice secured coding and ensure adherence to application standard and best practices.
- 24x7 Support: Provide round the clock support and able to be onsite in Bangi, when required.
- Compliance : Adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management practices in delivery processes and methodologies.
- Testing : Responsible for comprehensive System Integration Test (SIT) and regression tests.
- Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive documentations.
Requirements (Qualification/Experience/Skills)
- Technical Skills: Expertise in .NET technologies, including Microsoft SQL database.
- Experience : 4 years working experience in CRM development and support. Proficiency in database management and data migration an added advantage.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse background.
- Support: Provide 24x7 support, and willingness to work out of office hours, when required.
- Cloud : Experience in Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), an added advantage.
Education : Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent qualification.
