Important Requirements

Please note that only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:

Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Must be currently based in Malaysia.

Must have hands-on experience with .NET Web API / RESTful API development.

Must be able and willing to travel to Singapore approximately 1–2 times per month for client meetings and technical collaboration.

Must hold a valid passport and have no restrictions on Malaysia–Singapore travel.

About the Role

We are a software company providing technology services to a international logistics firm operating across global markets.

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer based in Malaysia to join our remote-first technology team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and APIs on the Microsoft .NET platform. The work will focus on carrier integrations, shipping label generation, shipment creation, parcel tracking, and logistics-related API integrations.

You will mainly work remotely from Malaysia, with occasional visits to our client's Singapore office near Changi Airport for planning, technical discussions, and hands-on collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / .NET Core.
• Build and support .NET Web APIs / RESTful APIs.
• Develop integrations with parcel carriers and logistics platforms.
• Implement shipping label generation and tracking solutions.
• Work on shipment creation, label printing, and tracking event processing.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues.
• Contribute to technical improvements and architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET / .NET Core development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#.
• Proven experience developing .NET Web APIs / RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git or similar source control systems.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
