Job Summary:
To Prepared 3D CADCAM and manufacturing drawing for LOD Weldment. To support ME in designing and review any jig and fixtures for Weldment operation used.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To prepared CAD and manufacturing drawing for LOD weldment (70%).
- To Work with ME and machinist in preparing jig and fixtures drawing for LOD weldment process such as Bending, Milling, Wire cut and welding (15%).
- Maintain existing engineering designs and drawing at specific SharePoint provided and review following customer updates. (15%).

- Estimate cost limits and budgets for any fixtures and jigs required during this LOD weldment fabrication.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Able to prepare 3D drawing weldment using Solidworks CADCAM software.
- Able to read and understand well of GD&T Symbol and reference.
- Familiar with Welding symbol and tolerances standard following ISO 8015-E & ISO 2768-mK-E
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
