Directs all onsite D&C operations, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements.
Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
Ensure compliance with Companys Standards and Procedures.
Manage day-to-day drilling activities, ensuring adherence to the drilling program and company standards.
Requirement
Minimum 20 years of experience in Drilling & Completions operations; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience.
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards.
Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
