Job Description:

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reports for clients in accordance with the local regulations.
  • Provide ad-hoc support in relation to all payroll compliance / advisory matters (from the client and local statutory authority perspective).
  • Manage payroll process to ensure adequate internal controls, drive efficiencies and process improvements as well as timely review of payroll computations.
  • Assist with outsourcing or technology related special projects and provide insightful analysis when needed.
  • Assist clients with the preparation and review of annual employer's return on employees remuneration (Form IR8E).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Finance or similar professional qualification.
  • Min 2-3 years or more experience in a similar payroll role.
  • Candidates who come from a payroll outsourcing environment will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office and proven experience in the usage of payroll software.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and handle confidential information with maturity and sensitivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, have good working attitude and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, work well under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
