Work you'll do

  • Supports analytics and reporting needs by collecting, analysing, and visualising data to provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and decision‑making across supported service lines.
  • Work closely with tax professionals, immigration specialists, and other team members to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on digital initiatives.
  • The role works closely with business stakeholders, automation teams, and analysts to translate data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx).
  • Analyse operational data to identify risks, delays, and recurring issues in compliance delivery.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into analytical solutions and reporting outputs. Develop and maintain data solutions, dashboards and reports to support operational and management insights.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives by improving data structures and reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to internal governance, security, and documentation standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome candidates with prior data analytics or reporting experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik), working knowledge of SQL or similar query tools, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reconciliation, data validation).
  • Experience with Microsoft automation and productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power Platform, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and system integrations.
  • Practical experience through internships, academic projects, or prior employment is an advantage.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
