Duty Manager, Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Duty Manager is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.

• Minimum 2 years work experience in the similar role or Team Leader / Supervisor - Front Desk in a luxury hotel brand.
• Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
• Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
