Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Duty Manager role located in WP Kuala Lumpur at Royale Chulan Bukit Bintang. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.

- Experience in hotel operations or hospitality industry

- Knowledge of hotel systems and procedures
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexible work schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays
