We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL's position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design, implement and test agentic AI solution.
- Hands-on exposure to AI such as Copilot Chat and Agent Builder and the opportunity to learn how data is communicated across the organization.
- Coordinate activities for successful RFC creation through proactive communication with team and key stakeholders.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Current Academic result: CGPA > 3.0/ 2nd Class Upper (Hons)
- Required skills(s): M365 Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Preferred skill(s): Understanding of M365 Copilot (Premium & Basic)
- Required language(s): English
- Internship period of minimum 3 months
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

Great TeamHi, my name is Sophia and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2012 when I took a role as Senior System Support Specialist in the SharePoint team. Gaining more hands-on experience with SharePoint and Collaboration has always fascinated me, so I stayed with the same team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Team Leader role. In 2015, I moved to a management role, being Manager of Team Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – Collaboration and AI.
