Description

As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and create functional architecture.
  • Develop product backlogs, user stories, and UAT scripts.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service).
  • Provide training inputs and support implementation teams.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service), PowerApps, Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Plugins, and C#.
  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE solutions delivery.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and customizations.
