Job Title: Dynamics CRM Developer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Expectations from the Role

• To complete assigned development tasks in defined timeline
• To prepare technical design and related documentation
• Unit testing, Support system and user acceptance testing, Support User training
• Defect fixing

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, Plug-in's, custom workflows, Java scripts, web resources, integrations development

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Custom Pages, Canvas Apps, Power Pages

• Sound knowledge in core .NET technology, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS

• Proficient on CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365

• Types of Solutions and Deployments to various environments

• Agile methodologies

• Must have worked in Jira/Azure Boards, TFS/Git

Good-to-Have

• Azure DevOps Experience

• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
