Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls professionally
- Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery status, and platform-related issues
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizens only
- Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin fluently
- Basic English communication skills
- SPM leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
