The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an E-Commerce Executive to join our eCommerce team on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Manager, core focus of the role is to support thegrowth of theecommercebusiness, with a strong focus on accountoperationsand administrativesupport.The key stakeholders to work with includeecommerceenablers,local sales and marketing team,platformand retailers. This role is crucial todeliver smooth daily operations and optimizations.
Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators Include
- Coordinate with platforms, retailers, enablers, and marketing to ensure campaign visibility, timely promo submissions, and adherence to pricing guidelines.
- Follow up on business operations with cross-functional teams and distributors (e.g., account opening, POs, product listings/updates, short shelf-life optimization, promotional materials).
- Monitor daily account health to identify opportunities in merchandising, tool usage, inventory, pricing parity, error correction, and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update key business documents (spending, accruals, OKRs, PMOs).
- Support business reviews and meetings by managing calendars, preparing information, and securing materials/pre-reads.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operations, with a customer-centric and commercially driven approach.
- Strong numeracy,literacyand communication skills
