About the role
This is a full-time opportunity to join the growing e-commerce team in personal care products. As the E-commerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's online sales and expanding its digital presence. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution and coordination across Southeast Asian markets
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end enabler relationships, stock and order planning, and platform operations — enabling the regional head to focus on strategic growth.
What you'll be doing
Sales Enabler Management
- Serve as the key operational liaison with enabler partners to ensure timely campaign execution, fulfillment, and platform task management
- Monitor SLA adherence and proactively resolve issues
Platform Coordination
- Support campaign and promo execution across Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and others
- Ensure listing accuracy, pricing consistency, and product readiness in all key markets
Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports
- Inventory & Stock Planning (supporting Local teams)
- Collaborate with supply chain, commercial teams, and enablers to manage forecasting, replenishment, and stock optimization
- Support locals teams to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory across platforms and markets
- Identify gaps, flag risks, and recommend operational improvements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, primarily with an enabler by having experience in managing account end to end for Tiktok, Lazada or Shopee.
- Prior exposure to FMCG or consumer product categories is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and markets
- Comfortable with Work From Office (WFO) 4 days/week
- High ownership mindset and eagerness to grow into a leadership role
