Role Description

Job Summary: 

  • The E-Commerce Executive at CLEF Skincare plays a key role in driving the brand's digital growth and enhancing customer engagement across all online platforms. This position is responsible for executing and optimizing sales campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and CLEF's Shopify (.com) website, ensuring seamless operations and strong commercial performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about skincare and digital innovation — combining analytical insights with creative marketing strategies to strengthen CLEF's online presence and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Develop and execute e-commerce sales campaigns across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and the brand's Shopify (.com) site, including setup, performance tracking, and optimization.

Plan, coordinate, and analyze online promotional activities to maximize traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Manage campaign creatives, product listings, pricing, and audience targeting to ensure effective campaign performance and brand consistency.

Execute and oversee LIVE campaign setups, coordinating with hosts and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and engaging presentations.

Monitor website and platform analytics to evaluate user behavior and identify actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to align e-commerce activities with overall brand and business objectives.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess ROI, identify learning points, and enhance future performance.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform innovations to inform strategy.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects related to online sales, campaign execution, and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.

1+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Creative eye for branding, content, and digital merchandising.

Understanding customer behavior and e-commerce best practices.
