Job Description

You lead/support ecommerce arm of Omnichannel customer in Malaysia & Singapore market. As well as driving relevant activation agenda that would excite our consumer and create avenue for growth. You use your deep understanding of our categories, brands & Ecommerce to sell/support existing customers and to expand current customers portfolios. In this role, you develop assortment & promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs, online content (images & descriptions). Building activations plans that; excite consumers, drive sales & build online presence for our brands and categories.

You will be reporting to Ecommerce Lead; Malaysia & Singapore and you will be based in Malaysia head office.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand company International's position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans

Responsible for the coordination between the customer and company International internal functions

Responsible for driving Ecommerce activation agendas/projects.

Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility

Build and develop strong category partnerships

Drive fundamental KPIs such as availability, share of search, ratings, content and others key fundamentals of Ecommerce business

Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, forecast accuracy, budget/accrual management in conjunction with supply chain function

Together with cross functional colleagues/agencies evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility, planning & execution of on-site Activations/ads solutions (aligning with brand partners)

On going return on investment and post evaluation of all activities to drive continuous improvement

Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments.

Job Requirement:

Degree holders in any field. Preferably in business/marketing field

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in digital commerce/Ecommerce role with proven track record.

Preferably working experience with FMCG players/Ecommerce platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player and the ability to influence others towards achieving greater performance.

Able to lead negotiation and build effective relationships with key customers/stakeholders.

Possessed category management skills

Result oriented and proactive behavior with minimum supervision.

Able to present to all levels of the organization

Experience in performance marketing/SEO/CRM is added advantage.

Action for moderately complex issues.
