Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Georgetown for an E-Commerce Executive. The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day online store operations, oversee account management activities, and drive online sales growth. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, managing inventory, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery, and enhancing the online customer experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive / Assistant to support our daily online business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
• Upload and maintain new product listings on social media channels and e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor product information, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
• Process and follow up on customer orders, returns, and related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media channels.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
