Role Overview
As our E-Commerce Specialist, youll be the go-to person for managing Malaysia and Singapores leading e-commerce platformsShopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and PG Mall. Youll also oversee our affiliate programs, ensuring HYGR continues to scale with strong sales performance, optimized campaigns, and customer-first experiences.
Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and PG Mall.
- Optimize product listings: titles, keywords, descriptions, images, and SEO.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and promotions.
Affiliate & Partnership Growth
- Build, manage, and grow HYGRs affiliate network especially on tiktok.
- Recruit, onboard, and track affiliates/KOLs to drive measurable sales.
- Monitor affiliate campaigns and optimize performance.
Sales & Campaign Performance
- Develop strategies to hit monthly sales and ROI targets.
- Monitor conversion funnels, track KPIs (GMV, CTR, CR, ROI), and provide insights.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and trends to refine strategies.
Customer Engagement & Growth
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Marketing to boost store ratings and reviews.
- Implement initiatives to improve repeat purchases and customer retention.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Marketing, and Operations teams to sync campaigns and stock availability.
- Align promotions with offline channels (Watsons, pushcarts, vending machines).

Job Requirements
- 23 years experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG or personal care.
- Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and affiliate marketing.
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Skills required: E-commerce Management, Product Listing Optimization, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Content Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing Strategy and Online Marketing.
