Job Description

The E-commerce Executive is responsible for the operational excellence and strategic maintenance of the company's direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform. This role focuses on optimizing the digital customer journey, managing the Shopify ecosystem, and executing data-driven initiatives to enhance conversion rates and brand loyalty.

Key ResponsibilitiesI. Digital Storefront Operations
  • Catalog Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of product listings, ensuring accuracy in technical specifications, SEO-optimized descriptions, and tiered pricing structures.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the technical setup for seasonal and monthly promotional campaigns, including the configuration of complex discount logic, voucher codes, and promotional banners.
  • Operational Integrity: Conduct regular site audits to ensure 100% uptime, link functionality, and pricing accuracy during high-traffic sales periods.
II. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Analytics
  • User Experience (UX): Collaborate on CRO initiatives to streamline the path-to-purchase, focusing on reducing friction within the product pages and checkout interface.
  • Data Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Bounce Rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Conversion Rates to inform site improvements.
  • Iterative Enhancement: Implement UI/UX refinements based on consumer behavior data and departmental objectives.
III. Membership & Retention Strategy
  • Loyalty Program Administration: Manage the backend operations of the membership and referral programs, ensuring the integrity of customer data and point accumulation tiers.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with the CRM and Marketing teams to align website loyalty initiatives with broader retention strategies.
IV. Platform Administration (Shopify Ecosystem)
  • Backend Governance: Manage the Shopify administrative environment, including the configuration of collections, navigation architecture, and legal pages.
  • Application Ecosystem: Evaluate, install, and manage third-party Shopify applications. Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and developer coordination.
V. Creative Development & Asset Management
  • Page Architecture: Utilize Shopify page-building tools to develop high-converting landing pages for new product launches and brand activations.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all digital content and interface modifications adhere strictly to corporate brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

Candidate Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 13 years in E-commerce operations, with proven proficiency in the Shopify Plus or standard environment.
  • Technical Competency: Strong understanding of E-commerce workflows, including inventory synchronization, payment gateway integration, and Shopify app management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret web analytics and translate data into actionable site optimizations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
