We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online operations, customer service, purchasing, and inventory coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily online orders and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Respond to customer enquiries via chat, email, and messaging platforms.
- Handle basic after-sales matters (exchange, return, refund).
- Prepare quotations and support offline/direct sales enquiries.
- Assist in Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare basic reports.
- Support ad hoc tasks and process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (experience in e-commerce or purchasing is a plus).
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Familiar with Shopee/Lazada Seller Centre is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PR/PO process.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (SAP training provided).
