Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations
- Manage official brand stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, bundles, and stock availability
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely replenishment and minimise OOS
Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Execute platform campaigns (Payday, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Brand Days)
- Set up vouchers, flash sales, bundles, and platform subsidies
- Support TikTok Live, affiliate, and KOL-driven sales activities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyse daily & monthly KPIs (GMV, orders, conversion rate, AOV)
- Identify sales opportunities and operational issues
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing on creatives, content, and promotions
- Align pricing and promotions with Sales / Trade teams
- Liaise with platform account managers for campaign opportunities
Beauty-Specific Execution
- Focus on hero SKUs, routines, and gift sets
- Ensure product claims and content comply with regulatory guidelines
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve conversion
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- 13 years of hands-on e-commerce or marketplace management experience
- Experience managing official brand stores on Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
- Beauty, skincare, or personal care experience is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, promotions, and campaigns
- Commercial and analytical mindset with good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
