Your Day-to-day Will Look Like This
- Conduct market research & analyse market trends to determine potential niches or products
- Create sales funnels & product pages based on proven e-commerce selling strategies
- Work with team leader to drive traffic to stores and increase conversion via content marketing, social media and SEO
- Create and curate engaging content in different online platforms
- Curate content on different social media platforms
- Precisely manage eCommerce order fulfillment, liaising with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer details, and shipping information.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are always in stock.
- Stay updated and knowledgeable on company's product range.
- Provide timely and adept customer support, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Resolve pending issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Other related ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

- Holds at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required, as Mandarin is essential for effective communication with our suppliers.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills (responsibility, teamwork, dependability, empathy, negotiation)
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, excellent management skills and attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experienced in eCommerce Executive field - an advantage
- Adobe Photoshop basic skills are a plus
