Responsible for the overall visual design and brand identity across Shopee, and Lazada platforms to enhance brand image and user experience.
Design and optimize storefront visuals, promotional pages, product detail pages, banners, main images, videos, and marketing materials to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
Support major campaign events such as 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12 by developing creative concepts and campaign visuals aligned with marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure all visual content aligns with brand direction, campaign strategy, and platform requirements.
Conduct competitor and market trend research to continuously improve design quality, user appeal, and overall storefront aesthetics.
Work together with photographers, content creators, and internal stakeholders on creative direction, content development, and post-production editing.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields with minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace design.
Experience designing for Shopee, and/or Lazada platforms is highly preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design software with strong visual and creative skills.
Good understanding of e-commerce consumer behavior, digital marketing visuals, and marketplace design trends.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
