Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute e-commerce Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches across online platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and platform teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage platform campaigns, promotional activities, and sales activation plans to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and campaign results, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Work closely with e-commerce platforms, agencies, and partners to maximize campaign opportunities.
  • Support product listings, pricing strategies, promotional setups, and campaign readiness.
  • Coordinate marketing assets, product information, and launch timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, GTM, marketplace operations, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
