AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is currently looking to hire an E-Commerce Intern to provide general e-commerce related support for the day-to-day implementation of e-commerce activities within given guidelines and budget. This role will be required to provide assistance in the management of e-commerce operations under the supervision of the e-commerce team members.
During your internship, you will expose to this area:
- Develop and produce diverse materials for e-commerce platforms usage (SIS, PDP, packshot etc) in line with the e-commerce team's guidelines, timing, and budget
- Assist on e-commerce activation activities, including liaising with vendors, activities coordination, prize redemption etc.
- Assist on Live & PR activities including agency liaising & coordination, new offerings listing, etc
- Allocation of samples, GWP & stocks when needed
- Manage and archive e-commerce assets as and when needed
- Raise consultation reports & delivery support on an in-need basis
- To monitor & execute orders process/errors and customer service contact point
- Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the team
We are looking for a passionate intern who has:
- Currently pursuing or possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office such as Powerpoint & Excel
- High willingness to explore and learn new knowledge and skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility in task management.
- Ability to become a good team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley Megamall.
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of min 3 month(s).
