Job Summary
As an E-Commerce Key Account Manager at Rurutiki, you will be responsible for driving online sales performance and brand growth for our clients across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will act as the strategic bridge between clients, marketplaces, and internal departments, ensuring campaign excellence, commercial growth, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth for assigned brands.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key personnel at marketplace platforms to unlock growth opportunities, co-marketing initiatives, and exclusive collaborations.
- Plan, negotiate, and secure brand exposure during monthly campaigns, mega sales events, and key online activations.
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure alignment on campaign calendars, assortment planning, promotional mechanics, and performance expectations.
- Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets strategically to optimize campaign ROI, ensuring efficient allocation and impactful results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; generate insightful reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and work closely with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock availability to support sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in key account or brand management within the e-commerce or digital retail environment.
- Proven track record of managing online campaigns and marketplace relationships (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial with a solution-driven mindset.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
