About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels within the F&B industry. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing customer experience, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across marketplaces, delivery platforms, and owned digital channels.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 25 years of e-commerce experience (F&B, FMCG, retail preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing marketplaces and/or food delivery platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and performance metrics
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, online promotions, and customer journeys
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and market share
- Own sales performance, GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Platform & Marketplace Management
- Manage brand presence across e-commerce marketplaces and food delivery platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, GrabFood, Foodpanda, GoFood, website, app)
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, content accuracy, and availability
- Coordinate with platform account managers to maximize campaign exposure
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute online promotions, flash sales, bundles, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital ads, CRM, vouchers, and influencer campaigns
- Monitor ROI and optimize promotional spend
Operations & Order Management
- Ensure smooth daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment, and customer experience
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure stock availability and timely delivery
- Handle customer feedback, reviews, and escalations professionally
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- (For Manager level) Lead, coach, and develop e-commerce team members
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

- Experience in QSR, restaurant chains, or food brands

- Experience scaling online sales for multi-outlet operations
