Job summary
As the eCommerce Manager for Business Unit Technology, you will be responsible for managing and growing our eCommerce presence across the Asia Pacific region. Your primary objective is to drive digital sales by optimizing product assortment, pricing and promotions, eCommerce operations, customer acquisition, and platform performance.
You will lead the planning, execution, and continuous development of our eCommerce platform, working closely with local market teams, sales, marketing, Digital Transformation, IT, platform developers, and external partners. As our eCommerce presence continues to expand across the region, you will play an increasingly important role in shaping the strategy, operating model, and future development of the platform.

General responsibilities
Develop the regional eCommerce growth strategy and collaborate with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams across different markets to drive successful implementation.
• Manage end-to-end eCommerce operations in partnership with country teams, including traffic generation, sales forecasting, commercial planning, promotions, pricing, platform management, and performance reporting.
• Work closely with the LabShop Platform Manager and development teams to continuously improve the customer experience, platform functionality, performance, and speed.
• Oversee the maintenance and quality of eCommerce platform content, including landing pages, product listings, product information, and pricing, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with relevant guidelines.
• Partner with internal digital marketing teams and external agencies to develop and execute customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Identify opportunities to onboard new brands, products, and customers onto the eCommerce platform.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, analyze performance data, deliver actionable insights, and work with markets to define improvement actions.
• Lead monthly performance review meetings with key stakeholders to monitor progress, identify challenges, and agree on priorities and next steps.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, agencies, and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of eCommerce initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging eCommerce technologies, B2B digital marketing trends, customer behaviors, and new digital channels, and identify opportunities for adoption.

Job requirements
Functional skills and knowledge
• Proven experience managing and growing an eCommerce platform, preferably within a regional or multi-market environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations, including customer acquisition, promotions, pricing, platform management, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, and Product Information Management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear commercial actions.
• Experience managing budgets, sales forecasts, performance targets, and management reporting.
• Proven ability to manage agency partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using website analytics and performance measurement tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with B2B brands, products, or industries is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively within a complex, regional, and matrixed business environment.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Proactive, commercially minded, customer focused, and results oriented.
• Passionate, committed, reliable, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
