About Love Knot
Love Knot is a Malaysian women's fashion brand founded in 2018. We operate two labels — Love Knot, a contemporary women's wear brand with an online presence (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and 8 consignment outlets in Parkson, Isetan, and SOGO; and Rissa Milano, our modest muslimah wear label launched in 2024. Under the Love Knot umbrella, we also run Love Knot Nu — an innerwear and daily basics sub-brand that has grown into our highest-volume digital channel.
We are a founder-led business in an active growth phase. E-commerce is our primary growth engine, and this hire is central to that.
The Opportunity
This is not a role where you do as per detailed instructions given. You are joining at a role where strategic and out of the box thinking is required to unlock huge growth potential in several of our digital channels.
What that means for the right candidate: you will have the access to genuinely influence growth strategy. You will work directly with the CEO to identify channel gaps, read the data, and decide what to do next. If you are the kind of person who notices a problem beyond your immediate brief and brings it up — you will thrive here.
The Role
You will own the commercial performance of all digital sales channels across Love Knot and Rissa Milano. Your mandate is channel growth — understanding where online revenue can be higher, planning how to get there, and executing with discipline.
You will report to the CEO and work closely with the MD on product launches, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination with our marketing and product teams.
Your Channel Scope
• Love Knot — Shopify website: overall channel strategy, email marketing, SEO, conversion optimisation, campaign calendar, and coordination with our Meta Ads agency
• Love Knot — Marketplace (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada): channel strategy, ads management, platform campaigns, affiliate program, livestream, and channel health
• Rissa Milano — Marketplace (TikTok, Shopee): shop management, affiliate programme, ads optimisation, and commercial visibility over live sales performance
What You Will Do
Channel Revenue & Performance
• Own and track monthly revenue performance across all digital channels — with a clear point of view on what is driving or limiting results
• Proactively surface underperformance before it becomes a problem, and come to every review with a diagnosis and a proposed next step
• Maintain a rolling e-commerce campaign calendar aligned with product launches and key sales events
Shopify — Build & Grow
• Build our email marketing programme from the ground up: automation flows, segmentation, and a consistent campaign calendar — this is a Year 1 priority
• Work on customer acquisition and retention — improving how we bring new customers in, keep them engaged, and turn them into brand advocates
• Improve on-site experience, SEO, and conversion — working with our agency partner to identify what is limiting sales and fixing it
Marketplaces & TikTok Shop
• Manage Shopee and TikTok Ads across both brands — daily monitoring, budget allocation, and continuous ROAS improvement
• Plan and execute platform campaigns with commercial intent: 11.11, 12.12, CNY, Hari Raya, and regular promotions
• Build affiliate programme — recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates to make this a consistent revenue contributor
• Monitor livestream performance and provide recommendations to improve livehost and livestream performance
Strategy & Planning
• Work with the CEO to identify growth opportunities and gaps across channels — data-backed, with clear recommendations
• Research and propose tools, platforms, and tactics that can improve channel performance — we expect you to bring ideas, not wait to be asked
• Produce a concise monthly e-commerce performance report with forward-looking actions
Who We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills
• At least 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience managing live sales channels with revenue accountability — not content support or project assistance
• Real working knowledge of at least two of: Shopify, Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop — meaning you have managed listings, run ads, and tracked performance yourself
• Comfortable reading channel data and forming an independent view on what it means and what to do about it
• Experience with or strong understanding of affiliate marketing, particularly on TikTok/Shopee
• Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle consumer brand background — you do not need to be a stylist, but you need to care about how product is presented and why it sells

• Can work with direction but without a detailed playbook — we are a growing business, and you will often need to figure out the how
