Job description:
- List products accurately on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc., within the deadline.
- Write engaging product descriptions and optimize content for SEO.
- Ensure listings comply with each platform's guidelines.
- Report job progress and any issues to the team and superior.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for consistent product presentation.
- Monitor and improve listing performance to boost conversions.
- Keep updated with listing rules and best practices.
- Join training sessions and support new improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records of tasks and compile data for reports.
- Strive to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Good in copywriting, communication, and basic Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced team.
- Able to troubleshoot issues with internet, E-commerce platforms, and apps.
- Basic knowledge of web design and online marketing is required.
- Experience in photo editing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
