Role Description
The Ecommerce Marketing Executive is a broad, high-ownership growth role focused on making our hero products sell better and setting up new products to win across all markets. Your core craft is CRO and marketing iteration: you'll continuously improve landing pages and product pages, test offers and messaging, and turn insights into actions that lift conversion rate and revenue.
A key second pillar of the role is to level up our creative output. You'll gather signal from everywhere customers speak and behave—creative split test win/loss, FB/IG comments, post-purchase surveys (KNO), Reddit/community discussions, competitor positioning, and funnel patterns—then translate those insights into crisp creative briefs (angles, hooks, objections, differentiators, page narrative). You'll help the creative team move faster with better direction, so our ads and pages compound each other.
Success looks like: a consistent cadence of high-quality experiments, tight learning loops, stronger landing page performance, and measurable revenue growth driven by better offers, better messaging, and better creative direction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous CRO on Shopify (landing pages + PDPs) using Replo and Intelligems
- Run offer testing and landing page iteration to improve conversion rate and revenue
- Start iteration cycles by gathering insights from split test win/loss, FB/IG comments, KNO post-purchase survey, Reddit, and funnel signals
- Identify the biggest bottleneck and form hypotheses (USM/USP, objections, pricing perception, competitor differences, full-funnel gaps)
- Execute the hypothesis through page changes, offer changes, and messaging updates
- Conduct deep market + competitor research to understand consumer desires and objections
- Translate research into clear briefs for the Creative Strategist (angles, hooks, objections, differentiators, landing page narrative)
- Build and maintain an iteration roadmap for each hero product (what we tested, what we learned, what's next)
- Prepare marketing groundwork for new product launches (positioning, offer structure, page narrative, initial testing plan)
- Support influencer marketing execution when needed
- Support email marketing (flows + campaigns) when needed
- Complete the internal marketing fundamentals learning path and apply it to real experiments quickly
- Other ad-hoc creative tasks that help the company succeed.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):
- High Achiever Mindset – Strong academic performance (e.g. excellent high school/university results, competition wins, scholarships, or Dean's List recognition).
- Relevant Education – BA/BSc in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Experience Level – Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant eCommerce/growth/marketing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong Work Ethic – You take ownership, deliver results, and hold yourself to high standards.
- Desire to learn about direct-response advertising and performance marketing.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work fast, juggle multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines.
- A collaborative mindset—open to feedback, quick to adapt, and eager to test-and-learn.
