We are seeking talented E-commerce Merchandisers to optimize the site experience, product listing and content, and promotions to maximize sales and conversions on our digital storefronts.
About the Role
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, CRM, Traffic, Design and Optimisation teams to deliver a compelling, locally relevant, and commercially successful online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the site experience, product listing and content, and promotions.
- Maximize sales and conversions on our digital storefronts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce merchandising, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of online retail dynamics, and product content strategy.
- Strong copy-writing skills to craft campaign messaging.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Magento preferred), analytics tools (Adobe Analytics), and promotional planning.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities across various product categories.
- Strong collaboration skills across local and regional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical thinking.
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required to support communication with Japanese stakeholders and market requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional languages is a plus.
