Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on E-commerce Operations & Growth Manager who will act as the business owner for our entire online revenue ecosystem across brand.com (Shopify) and key marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon).
You will own the full P&L for all online channels and ensure strong performance across operations, stock planning, commercial execution, traffic growth, conversion, and retention, partnering closely with Commercial, Operations, Creative, and Supply Chain teams to deliver sustainable, profitable growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full P&L Ownership Across All Online Channels
Own sales targets, revenue performance, margins, and cost efficiency for brand.com, Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon
Lead forecasting, budgeting, promotion planning, and monthly commercial reviews
Balance growth with profitability through careful pricing, discounting, and stock allocation
2. End-to-End Operational Management
Oversee daily operations including inventory planning, replenishment, warehousing coordination, and fulfilment
Maintain platform hygiene including listings, variations, bundles, compliance, and marketplace SOPs
Resolve operational issues quickly such as order errors, stock discrepancies, logistics delays, and customer escalations
3. Marketplace Execution (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon)
Manage storefronts end-to-end including ranking, conversion, ratings, logistics, and advertising tools
Execute weekly optimization such as keyword updates, PDP improvements, vouchers, and campaign participation
Work with platform representatives to maximize visibility during Mega Campaigns
4. Brand.com (Shopify) Performance
Maintain and optimize product pages, merchandising flows, homepage layouts, and navigation
Implement conversion rate improvements across PDP, cart, checkout, and funnel stages
Handle integrations, apps, tracking, and basic troubleshooting
5. Paid Performance and Creative Execution
Work with the Marketing team to execute and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace ads
Build briefs for conversion-focused creative assets such as banners, ads, landing pages, and product imagery
Monitor ROAS, CAC, traffic quality, and the performance of ad-to-product journeys
6. CRM, Retention, and Customer Experience
Execute EDM and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools
Build replenishment flows, win-back sequences, loyalty mechanics, and upsell programs
Improve customer experience through reviews, ratings, SLAs, and post-purchase journeys
7. Analytics, Reporting, and Insights
Maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, ads, traffic, marketplace metrics, and profitability
Identify problems early such as stockouts, ranking drops, or rising CAC and take corrective action
Lead weekly performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations
8. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work with Commercial on growth plans, category priorities, pricing, and promotions
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations on demand planning and fulfilment excellence
Align with Creative and Brand teams on campaigns, assets, and product launches
Manage relationships with marketplace representatives, agencies, and vendors
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of hands-on e-commerce experience across brand.com and marketplaces
Mandatory experience with Shopify, Shopee, and Amazon at an execution level
Proven ability to own online P&Ls and drive revenue growth
Strong operational experience including forecasting, stock planning, and marketplace mechanics
Comfortable running or supporting Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace ads
Analytical with confidence in Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and spreadsheets
Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, advertising tools, voucher mechanics, and promotion planning
Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and a decent command of english
Preferred Qualifications
Background in FMCG, food, or high-volume consumer goods
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and APAC workflows
Understanding of SEO and SEM for both Shopify and marketplace environments
Experience working with creative teams on e-commerce content
