Agency Leads Sourcing & Data Entry: Following a predefined list of sources, identify and compile potential MCN/TAP agency leads for the Malaysia market.
Standardized Outreach Support: Send initial outreach communications to prospective agencies to schedule introductory calls for agency managers.
Campaign Participation Tracking: Monitor and document agency participation in platform campaigns and promotions. Compile and update participation data in tracking dashboards.
Agency Operations Support: Provide operational support for incubation and key stage agencies, handle daily issues including matchmaking, account management, oncall issues and resource allocation; support the achievement of overall GMV and key performance indicators.
Event Offsite Support & Execution: Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of offline events including partner meetings, agency recruitment sessions, and marketing activities. Assist with venue preparation and participant coordination to ensure smooth event delivery. Collect and organize event data, follow up with potential partners, and provide timely feedback to improve event effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and above
1-3 years of experience in E-commerce, KOL management, or agency partnership.
Strong understanding of social media and ecommerce platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in agency, celebrity and top creator management is a plus
English proficiency, understanding of Mandarin & Malay languages is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on, self-starting attitude. And also, a team player who works effectively in a team environment.
