E-commerce Operations Specialist (Inventory & UAT Focus)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to support critical inventory optimization and automation initiatives across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Zalora, HKTVmall, Shopee, and Lazada.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on inventory management, stock replenishment, reconciliation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and workflow improvements. The ideal candidate has solid operational experience, works comfortably across business and technical teams, and can step in quickly to stabilize and optimize ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Operations
- Manage end-to-end inventory planning, stock replenishment, and reconciliation across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory health (stock availability, aging stock, sell-through) and proactively address risks such as stock-outs or overstocking.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives, including automation and system enhancements.
UAT & System Support
- Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for inventory, order management, and automation projects.
- Design and execute test scenarios, validate workflows, and ensure business requirements are met.
- Support go-live activities and post-deployment monitoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as the operational point of contact between business, IT, and warehouse teams.
- Provide clear documentation, process flows, and operational feedback to support system improvements.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 35+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or E-commerce Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in stock replenishment and inventory reconciliation.
- Proven UAT experience, including workflow testing, bug logging, and cross-team coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-value inventory (e.g., jewelry, luxury, premium consumer goods).
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplace operations (inventory, fulfillment, or backend workflows).
- Experience supporting automation or system transformation projects in e-commerce or supply chain environments.
