Job Description

Job Responsibility

E-Commerce Sales Assistant
  • Responding promptly to customers inquiries through various channels.
  • Assist and address the issues such as orders, cancellations, refund, or exchanges and 3PL related communications.
  • Suggest solutions and problem solving on buyers issues and escalate the issues to support team when needed.
  • Work closely with team to rectify, improve customer service guidelines and fulfilment process.
  • Keep records of buyers interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on buyers enquiries.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward buyers at all times
  • Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
  • Collaborates with the procurement and sales department of the organization to ensure regular availability of goods and pricing strategy.
  • Continuously optimize the e-commerce channel operation and performance.
  • Grow and manage online sales.
E-Commerce Online Assistant
  • Managing the online portal product listing
  • Receiving and processing online purchase orders.
  • Issuing purchase order, sales order, delivery order, sales invoices and etc.
  • Collaborates with the procurement and sales department of the organization to ensure regular availability of goods.
  • Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Sort document in order for department's operation run smoothly.
  • Involve and supervising e-commerce fulfilment operation.
  • Work with the finance team to confirm the accurate billing process.
  • Continuously optimize the e-commerce channel operation and performance.
Job Requirements
  • Immediate start if possible
  • Fresh graduates with strong passion in telesales/telemarketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Based: Sri Muda, Shah Alam
  • Must complete both dose of vaccination.
  • Working days: 5 days a week / Alternate Saturday working
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
