Job Description

We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to support and grow our online sales performance across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. This role suits candidates with experience in e-commerce operations, online promotions, digital sales, and marketplace management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute e-commerce sales strategies and online campaigns.
• Manage promotions, flash sales, and campaign rollouts based on management direction.
• Monitor online sales performance and sales targets.
• Support brand performance on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Coordinate with e-commerce service providers and platform partners.
• Track online store performance, prepare reports, and analyze data.
• Conduct online market and competitor analysis.
• Liaise with internal teams to implement e-commerce strategies.
• Perform ad hoc e-commerce operations tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in E-commerce / FMCG / Online Sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.
