Support the e-commerce manager in executing daily operations to ensure business objectives are met
Assist in developing product strategies and coordinating successful new product launches and promotional campaigns
Track, analyze, and summarize sales performance data to optimize operational strategies
Collaborate with e-commerce platforms and customers to manage and improve profit margins, traffic, conversion rates (CR), and product stock inventory (PSI)
Support budget planning and resource allocation to enhance sales performance and ensure efficient return on investment (ROI)
After-Sales Operations
Learn and support key after-sales functions including channel coordination, product servicing, spare parts management, and factory operations
Assist in the adjustment, formulation, and implementation of after-sales service policies, ensuring compliance and execution oversight
Drive quality improvement across all product categories in after-sales delivery
Conduct industry benchmarking to enhance service competitiveness and customer satisfaction
Take ownership of project-related tasks including documentation, cross-functional coordination, external communication, timely feedback, and resource alignment
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Familiar with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as Xiaomi's product ecosystem
Agile thinker with strong learning ability, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with high resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, multitasking environments
Proficient in English for daily business communication and Mandarin preferable
